SingularLogic SA announces that, during the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting of 08/05/2008 and pursuant to article 16 of C.L.2190/1920, has decided that the Company may acquire, directly or indirectly, until 8/5/2010, up to 10% of total Company shares, which today amounts to 4.352.401 treasury shares, with a minimum purchase price of one Euro (1 euro) per share and a maximum purchase price of ten Euro (10 euro) per share.
