Amendments of the Financial Calendar
The company REDS S.A. announces the following amendments of the Financial Calendar for 2008 as follows:
- The date of the Ordinary General Shareholders' Assembly will be Friday 30th May 2008 instead of Thursday 22nd May 2008.
- The dividends' cut-off date for the use of 2007 will be Thursday 5th June 2008. Entitled to dividends are Company's share owners upon closing of the 4th June 2008 session.
- The date when dividends will start being paid for the use of 2007 will be 12th June 2008. Dividend payment process will be announced by the Company in the near future.
