SingularLogic announces according to article 19 par. 2 of L 3556/2007 its intention to amend the Article of Association, following relevant resolution of the Shareholders General Assembly, to be held on Thursday 8.05.2008 at 9:30 am. In case of insufficient quota for decision making, in any of the topics of the Agenda, the amendment will follow resolution of the A Repeated General Assembly to be held at the same time on 22.05.2008 or a potential B Repeated at the same time on 05.06.2008 at the company premises , N. Ionia, Attica, A. Panagouli & Siniosoglou str. Specifically, article 5 will be amended due to Share Capital increase , articles 7 § 5, 10 §1, 11, 19§1, 20§1, 22, 23, 24, 25§2, 29, 34 will be restipulated, articles 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 32 and 33 will be deleted and articles 10, 11, 12, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 34 will be renumbered to 8,9,10, 11, 12,13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 respectively.
