According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, Proton Bank reports that Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou, Executive Vice-Chairman of the company, on May 9th , 2008 acquired 3,556 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 25,834.68. Additionally, on May 12th , 2008 Mr. Athanassoglou acquired 5,652 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 40,868.32
