Nel Lines S.A., according to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that the following insiders (as per article 13 of the Law 3340/2005) acquired new common shares, through participation in the Company?s Share Capital Increase with cash payment, which are listed as of 02/05/2008:

1. Nel Lines S.A. President, Mr. Sifakis Ioannis, acquired 30.000 new common shares, with a value of Euro 21.000,00.
2. The Chief Executive Officer of the company directly and indirectly acquired 7.130.595 new common shares. Edgewater Holdings Inc., legally represented by the C. E. O., Mr. Apostolos Ventouris, acquired 5.714.285 new common shares, with a value of Euro 3.999.999,50. Mr. Apostolos Ventouris also acquired 1.416.310 shares, with a value of Euro 991.417 through an investment account.
3. Mr. Sokratis Kavadias, Member of the company's Board of Directors, acquired 140.000 new common shares, with a value of Euro 98.000,00 and 1.417.600 shares with a value of Euro 992.320 through an investment account.
4. Mr. Ioannis Zouros, Member of the company's Board of Directors, acquired 1.100 new common shares, with a value of Euro 770,00.
5. Mrs. Anna Boutsouridou, wife of the Chief Executive Officer of the company, acquired 2.391.600 shares with a value of Euro 1.674.120 through the application for unsubscribed shares.
