According to the article 291 of regulation of A.S.E.
The Company ANEZOYLAKIS BROS S.A. DYEHOUSE AND KNITTING MILLS notifies the decision of the board of directors dated from 18.04.2008, to proceed in sale of 107.800 its own shares that has bought according to the provisions of article 16 paragraphs 5 until 13 of the law 2190_1920, as is in effect.
According to the above decision the company intends to proceed in sale of 107.800 its own shares via the A.S.E. and that constitutes the 1,045% of total number of shares of the company. The individual time interval that the sales will be realised is from 23.04.2008 until 30.06.2008. The sales will be realised with minimum price of 0,50 Euros and via CFS A.H.E.P.E.Y.
