The Board of Directors of the portfolio investment companies Dias Portfolio Investments S.A. and Global New Europe Portfolio Investments S.A., inform the investment public that on 5/5/2008 they decided unanimously to assign the report, which is stipulated by the article 289 paragraph 5 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, with regard to the valuation of the two companies under merger, to the auditing company Ernst and Young (Hellas) S.A. (11th KM of National Road Athens-Lamia - Metamorphosis Attica 144 51) with reg. no. SOEL 107, and particularly to the chartered accountant of this company Ms Despina Xenaki with reg. no. SOEL 14161.
