The Athens Stock Exchange announces that on Wednesday, April 1^st, 2026, ex-rights trading will commence for the share capital increase through a rights issue of “Y/KNOT Invest S.A.” (ISIN:GRS295003008), realized in favor of existing shareholders, at a ratio of 4 new ordinary shares for every 1 old ordinary share, at an issue price of €0.75 per share. 
The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Thursday, April 2^nd, 2026. 
The rights' subscription period will be between Wednesday 8^th April 2026 and Tuesday 21^st April 2026 (included), while trading of 7,595,160 rights on the electronic trading system (OASIS) of ATHEX will take place between Wednesday 8^th April 2026 and Thursday 16^th April 2026 (included).
