Change in number of shares: from 6.703.493 shares with voting rights of the Company or 10,02% to 8.969.263 shares with voting rights, indirect, or 13,40% of the share capital, out of which 6.367.965 shares with voting rights  or 9,51% of the share capital are held directly from FOSUN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and indirectly 3.89% or 2.601.298 shares with voting rights are held through Pramerica-Fosun China Opportunity Fund L.P.

Additionally, Mr GUO GUANGCHANG, under the status of controlling person of FOSUN INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LTD, its participation stands at 13,40% ( 0% directly and 13,40% indirectly through FOSUN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and Pramerica-Fosun China Opportunity Fund L.P.).
