More specifically, Mr. Loumpounis bought, on the 19^th of September 2011, 3.656 shares of total value 2.376,40 € and, on the 20^th of September 2011, 5.000 shares of total value 3.250 €. This announcement is made in compliance with article 13 of L 3340/2005, articles 3 and 21 of L. 3556/2007 and the decisions of the HCMC 3/347/2005 and 1/434/3.7.2007 and after a notification received on 21.09.2011.
