More specifically, Mr. Loumpounis bought, on the 30th of September 2011, 7.500 shares of total value 5.025 €, on the 3rdof October 2011, 9.800 shares of total value 6.468 € and on the 4th of October 2011, 46.000 shares of total value 30.670 €. This announcement is made in compliance with article 13 of L 3340/2005, articles 3 and 21 of L. 3556/2007 and the decisions of the HCMC 3/347/2005 and 1/434/3.7.2007 and after a notification received on 04.10.2011.
