Following the notification of information as per Law 3556/2007 dated 29/11/2011 regarding Mr. Spiridon Tasoglou, G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A.  (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies according to article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Mr. Spiridon Tasoglou, that on the 24^th of November 2011, the percentage of voting rights that Mr. Spiridon Tasoglou holds in the Company, fell below the threshold of 20% of the total voting rights in the Company and changed from 21,62%  to 17,43% of the total voting rights in the Company.
