According to the provisions of article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Spyridon Tasoglou, G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A. (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies that on the 24^th of November 2011, the percentage of voting rights of Spyridon Tasoglou in the Company amounted to 17,43% and fell below the threshold of 20% of the total voting rights in the Company.
