Following the notification of information as per Law 3556/2007 dated 29/11/2011 regarding Konstantinos Velanis, G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A.  (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies according to article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Mr. Konstantinos Velanis, that on the 24^th of November 2011, the percentage of voting rights that Mr. Konstantinos Velanis holds indirectly, through the company Asbavel Trading Limited and Blake Assets S.A, in the Company recorded a change over 3% and changed from 19,38% to 15,62% of the total voting rights in the Company.
