Following the notification of information as per Law 3556/2007 dated 29/11/2011 regarding Mr. George Dimitriou, G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A.  (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies according to article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Mr. George Dimitriou, that on the 24^th of November 2011, the percentage of voting rights that Mr. George Dimitriou holds in the Company, exceeded the threshold of 25% of the total voting rights in the Company and changed from 21,03% to 32,60% of the total voting rights in the Company.
