Αccording to the provisions of article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Mr. Georgios Dimitriou, G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A. (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies that on the 24^th of November 2011, the percentage of voting rights of Mr. Georgios Dimitriou in the Company amounted to 32,60% and exceeded the threshold of 25% of the total voting rights in the Company.
