Αccording to the provisions of article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Blake Assets S.A., G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A. (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies that on the 24^th of November 2011, the percentage of voting rights that Blake Assets S.A. holds in the Company amounted to 15,62% recording a change over 3%.
