ELVAL HELLENIC ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY SA announces according to article 16 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007, the signing of two common bond loan contracts totaling €3,450,000 with ALPHA BANK SA. The two loans, of €3,150,000 and €300,000 have 2years and 4years maturity respectively, and they shall be used, the first one for the refunding of the working capital and the second for the financing of investment programs that have been integrated in the Development Law 3299/2004.

The loans have been issued according to L.3156/2003 and L.2190/1920, based on decisions of General Meeting of June 16, 2010.
