Delisting of the shares of “AKRITAS S.A.”

Following the decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission of March 23^th, 2026, regarding the delisting of the shares of “AKRITA S.A.” (ISIN: GRS373173004), from the Athens Stock Exchange, in line with par.5, article 17, L.3371/2005, the shares of the aforementioned company will be removed from the ATHEX trading systems as of Thursday, March 26^th, 2026.
