ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to its 07.11.2011 session, the Board of Directors of the company named “METAL CONSTRUCTIONS OF GREECE S.A.”, announces the compliance with the formalities of article 73 of C.L. 2190/1920 concerning the availability to the shareholders of all documents pertaining to the Merger of the company named “RODAX S.A.” through absorption by the company “METAL CONSTRUCTIONS OF GREECE S.A.”. More specifically, at least one month before the session of the Board of Directors which is going to be held in order to approve the merger agreement – that is, from 09.11.2011 and on – all documents designated by the law shall be available to the Company's shareholders at its headquarters (8, Artemidos str., Amarousio Attikis) as well as in its website: www.metka.gr.
