NIREUS SA notifies, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and after a notification received on 10.10.2011, that:

The company Linnaeus Capital Partners BV holds directly a total of 23.048% of the total shares and voting rights (14,665,620 shares) following a transaction that occurred on 10.10.2011.  The company Linnaeus Capital Partners BV is wholly owned by I.I.H.C. Industrial Investments Ltd (100%), which is controlled by Mr. Kakha Bendukidze (74.3%). 

Based on the above, Mr. Kakha Bendukidze and the company I.I.H.C. Industrial Investments Ltd hold indirectly a total of 23.048% of total shares and voting rights (14,665,620 shares).

This notification is submitted in respect to a change of 3% in total shares held and voting rights as related to a previously submitted notification.
