Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission  and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that  Mrs. Alexandra Papalexopoulou, executive member of the Company's Board of Directors, purchased on 25^th Νovember 2011,  1,500 common shares of the Company of a total value of  € 16,090.00 and on 29th Nobember 2011 3,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 30,705.00.
