Proton Bank S.A (the "Bank") would like to inform the investor community that pursuant to decision Nr. 20/9.10.2011 of the Bank of Greece Credit and Insurance Committee (Gov. Gazette Β΄ 2246/09-10-2011) the Bank's  license was revoked and the Bank is placed under special liquidation, in accordance with art. 68 of L. 3601/2007.

Mr. Demetrios Delipetros, son of John, was appointed as Special Liquidator.
